ABOUT
With its roots lying in Sanskrit, Anvaya means "connection" or "lineage." It symbolizes a network that binds people, ideas, and cultures together.

The first edition of Anvaya, a student-led initiative, is scheduled on March 29, 2025. Considering the substantially low number of festivals dedicated to promoting and nurturing the stories and storytellers of northwestern India, NID Haryana opens its doors to amplify these voices and celebrate the region’s rich narrative traditions.

The National Institute of Design (NID) Haryana, established on November 15, 2016, under the DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, aims to be a global leader in design education and research.
